Instead of answering the public, Councilman Ken Rosenzweig is attacking residents—labeling them liars for asking fair questions.
Let’s be clear: The people asked two simple YES or NO questions about the Council’s urbanization plan:
- Did you rezone Brayton and Lincoln Streets to allow apartment buildings, threatening single-family homes in this East Hill Synagogue neighborhood area?
- Did you rezone King Gardens to permit the construction of a massive 200-unit complex larger than Towne Center that would displace 60 families from their affordable units?
Councilman Rosenzweig owes the public straight answers!

The Cost of Secrecy
The Council has already spent hundreds of thousands on redevelopment plans and is spending even more to cement their right to reshape residential neighborhoods—at taxpayers’ expense.
