The Mayor and Majority of Englewood’s City Council (Wards 1, 2, and Councilman-at-Large) are pushing forward a sweeping re-zoning plan — FORCING their VISION of the city without meaningful input from YOU, the residents.
But thanks to YOUR VOICES and the legal action filed by Englewood One Community, we’ve seen real results:
✅ Ward 1 – Re-zoning plan scaled back
✅ Ward 3 – Re-zoning plan partially reduced
⚠️ Ward 4 and 3 – Still under threat. The proposed re-zoning and overlay plan now targets this diverse, vibrant, historic, culturally rich community for “revitalization” — a code word for displacement.
WE HAVE ONE LAST CHANCE TO STOP
Englewood residents must demand a fair, inclusive, and community-driven plan. We must protect our neighborhoods from being erased.
